Good Evening Tampa Bay Safety updates:

We have had plenty of time to update our website with the Corona Pandemic keeping us all inside.  I have cleaned and updated all of the pages on the site, so feel free to take a test drive and let me know what you think.  I am especially looking for feedback on pages like, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Watch, Fire Inspections and Plans Review, Exit Signs and Emergency light repair.  Any comments you make will be taken as constructive and we look forward to your help.

Thank you very much.  Stay safe!

Course Cancellations Covid-19

Due to the current Pandemic, all of our in person courses have been cancelled.  It is our intent to re-schedule all classes as soon as possible after the CDC states that it is safe.  We hope that all of you remain safe and follow all the warning signs for the Corona Virus. Even thought there appears to be a downturn in hospitalizations as I update this post on April 8, 2020, we need to continue staying inside to protect one another.

Don’t forget that most people that have this virus are showing no symptoms at all.  We will be sending out notification as soon as wee find that it is safe to conduct our in person classes.  I am currently creating online versions that I am hoping to have approved by the State Fire College to get out to you.

Regards,

Patrick Competelli, Fire Chief (Ret.)
