Welcome to CPR for Health Care Providers
This CPR and AED course is for health care providers and medical personnel. You will learn adult, child and infant CPR. You will also learn about choking procedures and will learn to use an AED (automated external defibrillator).
We highly suggest that students taking this course purchase the textbook. You may find the text book at your local library, local book store, or the American Heart Association (AHA) book contractors.
Students that pass this course will receive a two year certification that can be used for licensing purposes. Your certificate will be located in your student profile. After completing the practical portion, you shall be issued a Health Care provider Card by the AHA instructor that completes your practical examination. Note that the outside AHA instructor may charge additional fees for their services. You may also contact Tampa Bay Safety to see if we have an instructor in your area. Schedule
Open Enrollment. When you complete this course, you will find your certificate located in your personal profile on this website. You simply click on the PDF file of your certificate. You can save it to your desk top or you may print your certificate on your printer. You will be able to access your certificate whenever you need it.
